Sussex Spaniel Assosiation Championship Show We had a lovely day at Southam and met up with lots of old and new friends. There was a good atmosphere with several new puppies (and their equally new owners) joining the fun. Thelma pulled out the stops and won the Bitch CC under judge Mrs Liz Bowe. | August 2011 | Paignton & District Fanciers Assocation A new show for us as it's the first time there has been Sussex classes and what a day.........!!!! Onslow was Best of Breed, Thelma was Best Opposite Sex and Margot was Reserve Best Bitch, under judge Richard Morris. Made all the better by a lovely venue, sunny weather and friendly atmosphere. |

| July 2011 | Windsor Championship Show What a brilliant day we had, with Thelma winning the Bitch CC (her 5th) and Onslow the Reserve Dog CC (his 11th) under judge Mr Frank Kane. The sun shone and the shopping and atmosphere was great! |
| June 2011 | Sussex County Fair at Parham House, West Sussex This is the second year running we have attended this event along with the Sussex Spaniel Association and what a fantastic weekend we had. There was a parade of Sussex Spaniels on both days in the main arena (22 on Saturday and 30 on Sunday) which created lots of interest and £102 was raised for Sussex Spaniel Rescue. Helen Smith was selling her now famous liver cake and on Sunday we had a Raffle with prizes donated by one and all. The members of our Sussex family that attended were - on Saturday Sybil, Nellie and Margot and on Sunday Thelma, Onslow and Lola. All of them behaved impeccably with many a small child's hand cleaned of leftover ice cream/chocolate etc. |

Our Two New Kids on the Block are now 5 months old and are enjoying life in front of the fire with the rest of the gang. left is Lola (Sovaroma Spring Loaded) an Onslow/Thelma daughter and right is Margot (Sovaroma Solstice) a Nellie/Moss daughter. Their first show is the SSA Open Show on 9th April. |

Onslow does it at last! At Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show, Onslow wins his 3rd CC (and Best of Breed) under Sue Alderson making him ShCh Nyliram Captain Morgan for Sovaroma. At 6 1/2 years old and with nine Reserve CC's it just goes to show you can't give up on this slow maturing breed. |

Another New Champion Thelma Kicked off the New Year in style by gaining her 3rd CC at Manchester CS Championship Show under judge Jeff Horswell making her Sh Ch Sovaroma Ruby Tuesday. |
